Emma Roberts and Evan Peters have reportedly called it quits and ended their engagement.

“Their three years together just ran its course,” a source told Just Jared, who broke the news of the split. “They have so many great memories together but couldn’t make it work in the end. The break-up was amicable – there was no drama whatsoever. Emma and Evan are even still friends!”
Emma, 24 and Evan, 28 – who co-starred together on two seasons of “American Horror Story” – began dating in 2012 and got engaged around Christmas in 2014.

As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, in July 2013, Emma and Evan spoke out regarding a domestic violence incident they were both involved in which resulted in Roberts’ arrest in Montreal at the time.
“It was an unfortunate incident and misunderstanding,” reps for the couple said in a joint statement to Access. “Ms. Roberts was released after questioning and the couple are working together to move past it.”

According to reports, police were called to respond to a fight in the couple’s hotel room.
When law enforcement officers arrived at the scene, they reportedly observed the actor suffering from a bloody nose and arrested the actress.
