Emmy Rossum’s Husband Files For Divorce

Actress Emmy Rossum and music executive Justin Siegel are headed for a divorce after just a year-and-a-half of marriage.

According to papers filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Friday and obtained by Access Hollywood, Siegel cited irreconcilable differences and is seeking spousal support from the 23-year-old actress.

The court documents do not list a separation date, but according to a People source, the couple split last month.

According to the mag, the actress has been recently linked to Counting Crows frontman Adam Duritz, 45. They were reportedly spotted dining together in New York over Labor Day weekend. A mag source claimed they “were sitting side by side, kissing throughout dinner.”

The actress is best known for her role in 2004’s big screen adaptation of “The Phantom of The Opera,” for which she earned a Golden Globe nomination.
