Eva Longoria Parker’s Rep: Couple Not Divorcing

Eva Longoria Parker and Tony Parker are not getting divorced, according to a rep for the actress.

A rep for Eva shot down a report published by TMZ on Tuesday afternoon, which claimed that the “Desperate Housewives” star’s husband, Tony Parker, had filed for divorce from the actress.

According to TMZ, Parker, a member of the NBA’s San Antonio Spurs, filed for divorce from his wife of three years in Texas. The website claimed Parker filed the paperwork on Monday. Shortly thereafter, TMZ claimed that officials told the website a “divorce case was filed… and sealed by a judge.”

However, Eva’s rep insisted to Access Hollywood that the story is false and the actress’ attorney would be contacting TMZ.

Additionally, Access contacted the San Antonio District Clerk’s civil filing department, the department that receives divorce filings. The rep told Access Hollywood’s News Department that nothing has been filed or sealed under the names Eva Longoria and or Tony Parker.

TMZ later completely removed the report from their site.

Reps for Parker did not immediately respond to a request for comment from Access Hollywood.

The actress and Parker married in July 2007.
