Eva Mendes is busy squashing (and joking) about two big rumors – a pregnancy and a split from Ryan Gosling.
The 39-year-old big screen beauty stopped by “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” on Wednesday, where she addressed the rumor that she’s expecting her first child.
“It all started because I didn’t want to go through the scanners at the airport,” she said, referring to a recent pre-flight security check at LAX. “You know those X-ray scanners, which are really creepy? They basically see you naked. And not only that, but there’s a radiation aspect to it. So I always opt out. I always ask for a personal pat-down. That was good enough reason [for people to think I’m pregnant].”

“Do you wanna say, is it a girl or a boy?” Ellen joked.
“Oh, god! No! No!” she stressed.
Eva has also been the subject of split speculation. She and boyfriend Ryan Gosling have not been photographed together since October, and when asked about her upcoming Valentine’s Day plans, the actress poked fun at the breakup reports.
“I’m not a big Valentine’s Day person,” she explained. “I’ll probably just order a deep dish and watch ‘The Notebook’ or something. Just cry, weep.”
