The men of “Expendables 2” are known for being strong and manly action stars, but Access Hollywood got to know their softer side at the junket for the film in Los Angeles.
Access had a little fun with Dolph Lundgren, Jason Statham, Terry Crews, Randy Couture and Jean-Claude Van Damme, when probing them about their experiences with domesticated tasks and luxuries usually indulged in by the ladies in their lives.
Access: When was the last time you did the dishes?
Dolph Lundgren: Yesterday.
Jason Statham: I do all my own washing!
Terry Crews: Two days ago.
Randy Couture: Yesterday.
Jean-Claude Van Damme: I’m not so good with dishes and I have those washing machines, but I got to rinse the plate first. If I have to do it, I’ll do it but my wife, she doesn’t want me to touch the dishes. If I try to help her she [says], ‘Don’t! Don’t touch that! You don’t know how to clean dishes!’

Access: When was the last time you did your own laundry?
Dolph: 1987 (laughs).
Jason: I do my own laundry, yeah.
Terry: Yesterday.
Randy: Day before yesterday.
Jean-Claude: I don’t know how to do laundry. I will F-up everything, you know?

Access: When was the last time you made your bed?
Dolph: Last weekend, because I was renting a house with my daughters and I wanted to be a good example for them.
Jason: I do that too, I’m a very domesticated man.
Randy: This morning.
Terry: A week ago.

Access: How about manicures or pedicures?
Dolph: Don’t do them. Sorry. Myself, I do it myself.
Jason: Ha! That’s not on the menu, I’m afraid.
Terry: Oh, I haven’t got one in probably three, four years.
Randy: It’s been a little while — a few months for sure.
Jean-Claude: I live in Hong Kong, so in Thailand, it’s normal to go for [a] foot massage once, twice a week. It’s normal to do your hands, your feet. It’s part of the culture.

Access: When was the last time you had a massage?
Dolph: My young, Swedish girlfriend gave me one, two days ago. Very nice.
Jason: If you’re injured and you need to loosen up a muscle or two I think yeah, they’re very good. I mean, I come from a sporting background, so it’s not something alien to try. It’s more… something that’s part of your training regime.
Randy: Last week.
Terry: I don’t get them. My wife’s like, ‘You don’t need no massage. Let me tell you that right now!’

Access: When was the last time you cooked dinner?
Dolph: I don’t cook dinner. I cook breakfast and that was three days ago.
Jason: I cook a lot!
Terry: Day before yesterday.
Randy: It’s been a while. I’ve traveled a ton so when I’m due, when I’m home and relaxing, cooking is the last thing I really want to do, but I think I made a big pot of chili two months ago. That lasted a couple days.
Jean-Claude: My wife can tell you I’m good with pasta… I love to cook meat because I love food… It [relaxes] me.
