Fergie’s Body After Baby Secrets! (Healthy Hollywood)

Hollywood moms seem to get back into shape quickly after giving birth.

Weeks later, stars are back to their svelte figures and toting their adorable tots everywhere.

How do they do it?

While promoting her Wet n’ Wild makeup line this week, Healthy Hollywood caught up with the Duchess herself, Fergie, at the Wet n’ Wild and Walgreens event for AmfAR, where she donated a check for $50,000 from the sales of her V.I.Pink lipstick, to ask about her post-pregnancy fit tips, and of course, her beautiful son, Axl Jack.

Looking sexy in a tight black mini dress and red heels, Fergie laughs, “I’m still getting back into shape. I’m working hard almost every day and doing it slowly, so I don’t get hurt.”

Though she’s taking her time to lose the weight, she says it’s a personal journey for each mom.

“To each their own. I have no judgment on any mom, anywhere,” says Fergie.

Hubby Josh Duhamel is even working on his fitness with Fergie.

“My husband is like the athlete of the year!” she adds.

According to Fergie, Josh will “take [Axl Jack] for a stoller ride” and they’ll squeeze in family time and workouts together with their baby boy.

When it comes to her favorite exercises, Fergie, like a lot of us, tends to get bored at the gym.

“I’m doing a lot of stretching and hiking and yoga, and just mixing it up!” Fergie reveals.

She’s also a huge fan of belly dancing yoga!

“It’s great! We do a lot of yoga for balance and meditation. At the end, we get up and put our little [sequin] wraps around our waists and have some fun.” Not a good dancer? Fear not! “It’s more about the hips and bringing it all together. It’s fun,” says Fergie.

Finally, no matter how hard you work out, diet is still a huge factor in post-pregnancy weight loss. Fergie relies on Wholesome 2 Go food delivery service.

“I found it in one of those pregnancy guides. I saw it and it was grass fed beef from local farmers. It was really clean eating so I got it and I’ve stayed on it ever since. I loved it. I did it when I was pregnant,” she explains.
