Britney Spears has officially hit the set of “Glee.”
On Tuesday, the pop princess Tweeted a photo of herself (and pal/assistant Brett Miller) behind the scenes at McKinley High School. In the photo, the singer posed in cropped-sleeve grey and black jacket. She also donned clear-rimmed glasses as she gave the camera a wave.
“What’s up GLEEKS,” Britney wrote on her Twitter account to accompany the pic. “Having so much fun on set!! Can’t wait for you guys to see the episode!
Ryan Murphy, co-creator of “Glee,” previously told Access Hollywood that it was Britney herself who came up with the clever way she’ll appear in the episode devoted to her music.
“It’s a tribute to her and her music and it was her idea to sort of come on and do a couple of fun, sort of, ‘Where’s Waldo?’ moments, but instead of ‘Where’s Waldo?’ It’s ‘Where’s Britney?’ That was her idea,” Ryan said.
Season 2 of “Glee” premieres on FOX on September 21 at 8 PM.
