The vampire drama returns to the network on June 14 and features a number of new characters, including Evan Rachel Wood as Sophie-Anne, the 500-year-old vampire queen of Louisiana.

Earlier this year, series star Anna Paquin earned a Golden Globe for Best Performance by an Actress in a Television Series – Drama for her role as telepathic waitress Sookie Stackhouse, a small-town girl who falls in love with vampire Bill Compton (Stephen Moyer).

Among the other newcomers this season are Ashley Jones, playing Daphne, a new waitress; and Anna Camp in the role of Sarah Newlin, the wife of the head of an anti-vampire church.
