Former ‘Biggest Loser’ Contestant Divorces Husband; Engaged To Another Woman

Former “Biggest Loser” contestant Rasha Spindel dropped more than a few pounds after her stint on the NBC reality show – she also reportedly dropped her husband, and according to TMZ, it was for another woman.

Spindel, who appeared on the reality show in 2006 with her fiance-at-the-time Edwin Chapman, recently divorced from her husband after three years of marriage.

However, it didn’t take her long to find a new partner – she’s now engaged to girlfriend Vanna Pecoraro.

“After 30 years, I finally realized I was gay,” Spindel told TMZ. “I have never been this happy as I am now as I am about to marry my best friend and soul mate who just happens to be the sexiest drag-king on the planet.”

The two are planning to wed in a private ceremony on August 28.

Now that she’s happy, Spindel said she wishes her ex-husband nothing but the best.

“I wish Edwin the best of luck and I hope he finds his happiness,” she added.

During their stint on 2006’s “The Biggest Loser: Special Edition,” Spindel and Chapman lost a combined 133 pounds.
