‘Former’ Friends Star Matthew Perry Planning Return To Rehab

Matthew Perry is planning to return to a treatment facility as he works on his ongoing recovery.

“I’m making plans to go away for a month to focus on my sobriety and to continue my life in recovery,” the 41-year-old actor said in a statement to People.

Perry, who reportedly struggled with alcohol and prescription pills in the past, appears to be keeping his sense of humor intact.

“Please enjoy making fun of me on the World Wide Web,” the actor added in the statement.

A source told the mag that Perry will enter an undisclosed facility shortly, adding, “There was no relapse.”

The recent “Mr. Sunshine” star previously entered rehab in 1997 and again in 2001.
