Former “Hills” star Jason Wahler was reportedly arrested for driving under the influence on Friday night – marking the sixth alleged drinking-related arrest for the 23-year-old reality star in the past few years.
According to People, Wahler was arrested at 10:54 PM while a driving a 2008 Chevy Tahoe in Newport Beach, Calif.
He was reportedly released on his own recognizance hours later.
Last week, Wahler was seen in a video that surfaced online being arrested by police in Mexico after allegedly getting into a fight in a nightclub in Cabo San Lucas on March 11.
In September, he was arrested in Yakima County, Wash., for alleged assault and a related drinking charge.
Other past run-ins with the law include receiving 30 days in jail for a drunken brawl in a Seattle hotel in 2007 and two months in jail for assaulting a tow-truck driver and city employee in Los Angeles in 2006.
Wahler, who previously dated Lauren Conrad, called off his engagement to college student Katja Decker-Sadowski last year.
When contacted by People, rep for the reality star could not be reached for comment.
