French Montana: Does The Rapper Want To Appear On ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’?

French Montana is already a star in the rap world – but is he ready for the reality TV spotlight?

The 29-year-old rapper stopped by Access Hollywood Live on Tuesday, where he chatted with Kit Hoover and guest co-host Bryan Safi about his new single “Don’t Panic,” his near-death experience and dating Khloe Kardashian.

Here’s what French had to say on Access Hollywood Live:

On stepping into the reality TV world: “I hate being on camera… Sometimes you’re not ready for it and it’s too much pressure, but I love it. But I hate how it happened… all the commotion.”

On always being there for girlfriend Khloe: “She supports me with everything I do. When it comes to her career, I don’t think about it. If she needs me to do something, I do it.”

On his recent comments to Billboard about capitalizing on dating a Kardashian (which French said was taken out of context): “I was so mad about that … If I’m with somebody, I’m not with them for that reason.”

On how surviving a gunshot to the head changed his life: “After you go through something like that you ain’t making no mistakes. You calculate every move you do. I just feel like it was karma. When you do negative stuff in your life, it always comes back to you. I feel like that’s what it was.”

French’s “Don’t Panic” single is available now and his next full album, “Mac and Cheese,” will drop later this year.
