Zach Gilford, who starred on “Friday Night Lights” as lovably shy quarterback Matthew Saracen, is engaged.
The actor, 29, recently proposed to girlfriend Kiele Sanchez, according to Us Weekly.
“They are both very happy,” a source reportedly told the mag of the charming couple.
Zach and Kiele, 35, who once played Nikki Fernandez on “Lost,” met in Chicago last spring
while filming the pilot for the one-time ABC project, “Matadors.”
Kiele currently stars on A&E’s crime drama “The Glades,” while Zach’s latest film, “Answers to Nothing” – which also stars Dane Cook, Julie Benz and Barbara Hershey – hits theaters on Friday.
A rep for Zach declined comment on the reported engagement when contacted by Access Hollywood on Thursday.
