‘Game Of Thrones’: Gwendoline Christie Teases Season 5 – I Couldn’t Stop Reading!

Hold on tight, “Game of Thrones” fans – we’re in for a crazy ride in Season 5, according to Gwendoline Christie!

The actress, who plays the beloved Brienne of Tarth on the HBO hit, told Access Hollywood that when it came time to read the scripts for the upcoming season, she was blown away – and couldn’t put them down.

“Every year [I] think, ‘How can they possibly top it?’ How can they make this better?’ And I put aside my time to read them, and I could not stop reading them,” Gwendoline – who looked radiant in a beautiful red gown – told Access on the red carpet at the 2015 SAG Awards. “Every year I get a moment of ‘I can’t believe they did that!’ But this year, they’re doing things that are so unconventional that I think it’s really pushing the boundaries of the way we view television.”

In addition to her “Game of Thrones” excitement, the actress is gearing up for her big screen “Star Wars” debut.

“I couldn’t be happier!” she told Access of her mysterious “Force Awakens” role. “I’m very lucky. And I’m very, very proud to be a part of it.”

“Game of Thrones” Season 5 will debut on Sunday, April 12 on HBO.

“Star Wars: The Force Awakens” hits theaters on December 18.
