Cinderella has found her Prince Charming in a King!

Richard Madden, who plays King in the North – Robb Stark — in “Game of Thrones,” will play the Prince opposite “Downton Abbey’s” Lily James in the upcoming film “Cinderella,” Walt Disney Studios announced on Wednesday afternoon.

Sir Kenneth Branagh is directing the film and Cate Blanchett is playing Cinderella’s evil step mother.

As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, the Scottish actor, who appeared last year in the PBS Masterpiece miniseries “Birdsong,” with “Les Miserables” actor Eddie Redmayne, recently joined the cast of Discovery’s “Klondike.”

Richard is set to play a character called Bill Haskel in Discovery’s first scripted series.

The miniseries is based on Charlotte Gray’s book, “Gold Diggers: Striking It Rich in the Klondike,” which follows the tale of “two childhood best friends, Bill and Epstein, in the late 1890s as they undertake the next, gold rush capital in the untamed Yukon Territory,” according to Discovery.

Production on the show was set to kick off back in March in Alberta, Canada.
