Following years of infertility and a breast cancer battle, Giuliana and Bill enlisted the help of a surrogate for their first baby, something they would do again.

“I can’t – very personal, but you know this – I’m on medication for cancer, so I can’t get pregnant, but we would love to do it again with our surrogate,” she explained.

Until then, the proud mom is cherishing every moment with her son.

“Duke is so good! He’s the cutest,” she told Billy and Kit, explaining that it’s hard to leave him when she’s busy with her numerous projects.

“There’s guilt, a lot of guilt involved. Any working mom can identify with that, it’s hard, you’re told it’s hard, but it’s hard. It’s hard to go to work every day, I feel bad,” she said.
