Glam Slam: First Family Style

When the Obama family walked out on that stage last night, they owned the moment. It could have just as easily have been a runway, they all looked so stylish in their color coordinated outfits.

Of course, all eyes were on Michelle Obama, who has had a nearly perfect track record setting trends on the campaign trail. But her black and red Narciso Rodriguez dress from his Spring 2009 collection is getting mixed reviews.

“Michelle missed the mark a little bit. I’m not going to lie,” says “What Not to Wear’s” Stacy London. “I felt it was a little fashion forward for her.”

Stacy also thought the dress would have looked better without the cardigan that Michelle paired with it.

“With the cardigan, it was very hard to understand the way the dress was wrapped. And it would have been nice to see her waistline.”
