“It’s a really nice chance for me to get to see Michael and spend a little time with him and you know I am I’m so proud of him being honored tonight. He’s an American legend and he should be getting this lifetime achievement award. So, it’s really nice to see it happen,” Gwyneth told us.
Fashionista Sarah Jessica Parker also hit the red carpet to pay tribute to the late Alexander McQueen. Her floral gown by the designer was a bit much for me. Not her best look. Also going bold - Jessica Biel in an animal print Diane von Furstenberg, which I did not like at all. It just didn’t seem appropriate for such a high fashion event.

Iman was honored with the Fashion Icon Award. “It’s a huge deal. It’s a huge deal,” she told us. “It’s like the Oscars of the fashion world.”
“I think it’s just really a major honor when you’re honored by your own peers, so you know and you know they don’t take these things lightly and they don’t come around. The Fashion Icon Award doesn’t come around easily. It’s not a yearly thing. So, you know I’m very honored.”
The 54-year-old looks amazing and gave her secrets to looking so young.
