PUMPKIN
Pumpkin is a powerful antioxidant, mineral rich and brimming with potent Vitamin B and A. It increases deep exfoliation, while decreasing oxidative stress. Many exfoliators can cause excessive damage while exfoliating, however pumpkin can deeply exfoliate while strengthening and refining the skin.

POMEGRANATE
Pomegranates are filled with antioxidants, they help introduce healthy cells in the skin and help protect from UV light.

CRANBERRY
Cranberry contains Vitamin E and C for healing and strengthening the skin. It can also inhibit bacterial growth.

Here are several ways to get your facial fix:

DIY
Whip up your own concoction at home? Raisa, an aesthetician at Yuki Sharoni Beauty & Lifestyle Salon in Beverly Hills, shares her skin soothing recipes.

PUMPKIN FACIAL:
– Take a quarter of a pumpkin.
– Cut pumpkin into small pieces, place in a pot, add 3 tablespoons of water.
– Add a pinch of cayenne pepper and a half teaspoon of cinnamon.
– Mix it all together.
– Boil for 25-30 minutes.
– Cool it off, put in refrigerator.
– Apply to skin, wait for 10 minutes, let it dry then massage a half a tablespoon of olive oil on top of the mask, wash face.
-Great to do once a week for exfoliating dead skin.

POMEGRANATE FACIAL:
– Take one pomegranate- take all the skin inside (filled with anti-oxidants) along with the seeds place in a blender.
– Squeeze half a teaspoon of lemon and half a teaspoon of olive oil, buckwheat oil (the best oil to use), or Vitamin E in with the lemon.
– Blend it in a blender.
– Add to face and leave on for 30 minutes before washing off.
