Glam Slam: Weekend Style Roundup

From the Tonys to the Spike TV Guys Choice Awards and more, there was all kinds of red carpet action over the weekend.

Here are five style stars that stood out…

Aloha Lupita Nyong’o! The chic actress continues her stylish ways in this adorable bright blue mini with gold palm trees- a fitting choice for the Maui Film Fest where she was honored. A lei is the perfect finishing touch!

Rihanna pulled a style 180 from her nearly naked fishnet gown at the CFDA Awards two weeks ago. She was rather demure in a black silk satin dress as she accepted the Guys Choice Award for “Most Desirable Woman.” Natural looking hair and makeup and understated jewelry finish the look.

The “wickedly talented” Idina Menzel chose a burgundy off the shoulder gown paired with ruby Jacob & Co chandelier earrings for the Tony Awards. The gown accentuated the “Frozen” star’s décolletage and fit figure.

The always fashion forward Kate Mara did the high fashion thing in a short and sassy Dolce & Gabbana dress featuring bold shoulders. The heavily embroidered dress showed off Kate’s enviable legs. I love her slicked back hair.

America Ferrera showed off her wild side with this feminine, floaty leopard print gown at the Los Angeles premiere of “How to Train Your Dragon 2.” A black felt highlighted her waist and she completed the look with an Edie Parker clutch monogrammed with an “A.” Pretty!
