‘Glee’ Stars Reveal Post-Graduation Future For Their Characters

Rachel, Finn and Kurt are graduating from McKinley High this year, but all three stars tell Access Hollywood they’ll still be seen on “Glee.”

“I’m not going anywhere… I’m going to be 85, walking down the hallways of McKinley High,” star Lea Michele told AccessHollywood.com’s Laura Saltman on Tuesday.

”[Rachel is] definitely going to be a part of ‘Glee’ for a very long time,” she explained.

Chris Colfer echoed his co-star’s sentiments, saying, “We’re graduating, but we’ll still be around.”

Cory Monteith – whose character, Finn, has been busy trying to sort out his future — will also be seen on the Season 4 of the hit FOX series.

“I’ll be on the show next season for sure,” he confidently told Laura.

As for Tuesday’s episode, “Choke,” which saw Rachel stumble during her NYATA audition, the actress revealed that the episode was inspired by a near real-life misstep.

“When we were on the ‘Glee’ tour, my biggest fear was every night after doing ‘Don’t Rain on my Parade,’ I was so afraid every night that I was going to forget the words. One night I almost forgot the words, I came off stage and started hysterically crying,” she recounted. “Ryan [Murphy] then wrote it into the script, because it’s something that happens.”
