The first trailer for the big screen version of Gillian Flynn’s acclaimed bestseller “Gone Girl” has debuted!
The David Fincher-directed thriller, starring Ben Affleck and Rosamund Pike, tells the story of Amy Dunne (Rosamund) who disappears on her fifth wedding anniversary.
Ben’s character, Nick (who is Amy’s husband), quickly becomes the suspect in the whodunit movie.

“I did not kill my wife,” Ben’s character says in a voiceover as Amy is seen floating underwater. “I am not a murderer.”
“Gone Girl” hits theaters on October 3.
