Guy Candy: Bruce Willis

It’s hard to believe superstar Bruce Willis is 52 after blasting back in as superstar world saving cop, John McClane.

Though Willis famously claimed once that he only works out to get in film ready shape, you couldn’t tell by his fabulous big screen physique, which looks as rock hard as a prizefighter’s.

In the latest installment of the series, Willis is back, kicking ass, in such a way that he gives those costume suited superheroes a run for their money. McClane returns, fighting for our country, but in this installment things take a personal turn as the baddie, played by Timothy Olyphant, kidnaps his daughter. And, if you’ve seen that preview where McClane uses a car to take out a helicopter, in his quest to save us and get his daughter back, the scene is simply stunt-atcular!

“It’s almost a throwback action movie, because the stunts are all real guys. I got to do probably 75% of my own stunts,” Willis bragged to Access Hollywood. “Obviously there’s just some things that I can’t do or wasn’t allowed to do.”

A superstar who does his own stunts? Yet another reason Guy Candy has made him our pick of the week. And, “Live Free Or Die Hard,” is a pretty good film to boot.

“In my humble opinion,” Bruce begins. “This is a great film. You should go see it.”

Another reason Bruce can brag? He’s a dreamy, single, doting dad who has worked hard to raise his daughters as smart, clued-up young women.

“They’re out there. 18, 15 and, and 13. What Demi and Ashton and I have all worked together to teach our daughters? what those 16 and 18 year old boys are thinking,” he says. “I still remember what they’re thinking. And, just trying to give them as much information as we possibly can to go out in the world and succeed and not have to deal with the kind of things your make-up department has to deal with. And what to do in case those things do happen.”
