The Gyllenhaal parents are splitting up.
Naomi Foner has filed for divorce from Stephen Gyllenhaal, Access Hollywood has learned.
The pair are the parents of Hollywood stars Jake and Maggie.
In court papers filed in Los Angeles Superior Court and acquired by Access Hollywood, Foner cites irreconcilable differences as the reason for the dissolution. She is not seeking spousal support and has asked the court to deny Stephen any, as well.

Both are Hollywood mainstays themselves – Foner is a Golden Globe-winning screenwriter and Gyllenhaal is a director whose credits include episodes of “The Shield” and “Everwood.” They have been married 30 years, but have been separated since January 1, 2008.
