Halle Berry Frightened By Malibu Wildfires

Halle Berry is on the other side of the world promoting her latest film, “Things We Lost in The Fire,” but her thoughts are close to home, where the Southern California wildfires are still burning.

“It’s frightening, and I live in Malibu too so I’m worried about my neighbors, my friends that live close to me, my very own property. It’s scary. It’s Mother Nature, and she’s angry,” Halle told the press at the premiere of her film.

Halle will return to her Malibu home after promoting her ironically titled film. Halle is relying on friends and neighbors to ensure she doesn’t lose anything in the fire.

“I do need to get home and I will go home but I’m keeping an eye on it from here talking to people who are there, near my property and are taking care of it and trying to keep it safe and my neighbors, there are other people in my community that I’m also really worried about,” she told reporters.

The expectant mother shined in a full-length Versace dress at her premiere.

“You know fashion right now is really on my side, lots of things are made for the pregnant woman now so my timing was impeccable,” she added.
