Halle Berry’s Ex, Gabriel Aubry Hospitalized & Arrested After Fight With Her Fiance, Olivier Martinez

Gabriel Aubry, Halle Berry’s ex-boyfriend and the father of her daughter, Nahla, was arrested after getting into a physical altercation with Berry’s current fiance — actor Olivier Martinez — on Thursday morning, Access Hollywood has learned.

The alleged fight took place at Berry’s home after Martinez and Aubry began to exchange words. The verbal argument became physical, and Aubry reportedly suffered a broken rib and facial contusions during the alleged fight, while Martinez may have injured his hand, according to KABC.

Berry called the police — who soon arrived at the scene, where Martinez made a citizen’s arrest of Aubry, who was taken to Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, according to TMZ. Martinez was also transported to the hospital.

Aubry has since been released from the hospital and is at a Los Angeles jail awaiting booking, Los Angeles Police told Access. His bail has been set at $20,000.

Additionally, a judge has reportedly issued a an emergency protective order to keep Aubry 100 yards from Berry, Martinez and Nahla until December 3, according to KABC.

As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, earlier this month, a judge ruled that Berry will not be able to move to France with Nahla.

Berry had wanted to raise her 4-year-old daughter in France, which has tougher laws against paparazzi, instead of Los Angeles.

Aubry, Nahla’s dad, had objected.

Berry and Aubry broke up in 2010.
