“Hannibal: Season One,” is due out on Blu-Ray and DVD next week, but today, AccessHollywood.com has an exclusive sneak peek at a clip from the special features section.
In this exclusive clip (at the link below), Executive Producer Brian Fuller and series star Hugh Dancy (who plays Will Graham) explain the show’s unique take on the history of Dr. Hannibal Lecter (played by Mads Mikkelsen).

The Season 1 package contains every episode from Season 1, including the one that was pulled at the request of Fuller due to sensitivity issues. Fuller cited the Newtown Mass. shootings and the Boston Marathon bombing in pulling the episode (the Boston event occurred shortly before the episode was set to air).
Special features on the release include audio commentaries with the cast and crew, a gag reel, and featurettes titled “Hannibal Reborn,” “A Taste for Killing,” “The FX of Murder,” and “A Symphony for the Slaughter.” There are also deleted scenes.
“Hannibal” was picked up by NBC for another season and is due to return to the network next year.
“Hannibal: Season One” is out on Blu-ray, DVD and Digital Download on September 24 from Lionsgate Home Entertainment.
