“Happy Sunday!!!!! Great day to love on the family. Join me by spreading a little extra love on those people most important to you,” he Tweeted.

As previously reported on , Harrison was hospitalized on Thursday afternoon after the small, vintage plane he was piloting made a crash landing on a golf course in Venice, Calif. The WWII-era aircraft reportedly suffered loss of engine power shortly after taking off from Santa Monica Municipal Airport, an NTSB investigator said in a press conference on Thursday.
