Harry Shearer’s Stolen ‘Simpsons’ Emmy

Harry Shearer has Oscar buzz in “For Your Consideration,” something he’s never had in real life.

Then again, Shearer is also the only castmember of “The Simpsons” not to have won an Emmy.

He did steal one, though.

When the producers won for best animated series, Shearer went on stage with them and ended up going home with an unengraved statuette.

He says he doesn’t know why he’s the only cast member on `The Simpsons’ never to have won. He figures he’ll probably never win an Oscar, but at least he still has his stolen Emmy.
