According to the New York Daily News, Brinkley has allegedly turned to Eleanor Alter, a top divorce attorney.
Alter is well-known for taking on Woody Allen during his custody battle with ex Mia Farrow, the Daily News reported.
Brinkley knows Alter well. The top divorce attorney handled two of Brinkley?s previous divorces, including the one she got from second husband, Billy Joel, the Daily News reported.
Peter Cook also has looked into legal representation, according to the Daily News.
Cook has allegedly hired two attorneys, one is a divorce rep, and the other is prepared to handle any potential civil suit from Bianchi, the Daily News reported.
