Celebrities often dine at the best restaurants on the planet. For us mere mortals, trendy eateries can be hard to get reservation at and are often located in faraway places – not to mention the menus tend to be on the pricey side.
Bonito restaurant in St. Barts is a hotspot for celebrity sightings. Beyonce and her husband Jay-Z, along with Simon Cowell and Michael J. Fox all favor the multi-cultural dining.
While most of us won’t get to island-hop to St Barts anytime soon – you can bring a taste of the island into your home. Bonito’s shares with Healthy Hollywood its recipe for ceviche – its best-known dish.
Plus, this Peruvian classic packs a nutritional punch. Tuna is a lean protein that’s rich in omega fatty acids and raw fish is rich in phosphorus, which helps to build strong bones.
