Healthy Hollywood: Sharon Stone’s Stay Sexy Secrets!

At 56, Sharon Stone is still smoking hot!

The actress makes looking older something to look forward to. She’s wiser and sexier than she’s ever been.

”I’m very happy about being a grown woman. I think there is a lot of sexuality and glamour, and allure, and mystery to being a woman that you just don’t have when you’re younger,” Sharon reveals in the March issue of Shape magazine.

The super sexy Sharon isn’t afraid to flaunt her enviably toned figure. She wears a mesh top over an itty bitty bikini on the cover of Shape. And, her mile-long legs are sure to make men swoon and women want to know how she stays in shape.

“My workout is all about cardio. It’s a combination of rowing and circuit training, which keeps my heart rate up. I do tons of squats because it’s hard for me to get a good butt,” she reveals to Shape.

She also manages to raise three boys on her own and also juggle a busy acting schedule (she’s got two movies coming out) and her charity work. And, Healthy Hollywood loves her attitude.

“I’m not interested in being young forever. This idea that being youthful is the only thing that’s beautiful or attractive simply isn’t true. I don’t want to be an ‘ageless beauty.’ I want to be a woman who is the best I can be at my age,” Sharon reveals.

Unlike other aging stars, Sharon has never had plastic surgery. But, she’s not against non-invasive treatments to renew her complexion. She sticks to a clean diet and has given up alcohol.

“I used to love wine, but I don’t drink at all now. I think, at a certain point, it’s better for women not to have any alcohol because it can make your face, breasts, and mid-section get very bloated,” she adds.
