Aronia Pom Smoothie
- 2 cups frozen mixed berries
- 1 cup pomegranate juice
- 2 tsp. aroniaberry concentrate
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup nonfat cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup water
Combine all the ingredients into a blender until smooth. Serve immediately.
- 30 frozen aronia berries
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup apple or orange juice
- 1 cup ice cubes
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
