Healthy Hollywood: Wellness Wednesday – Kaley Cuoco’s Life-Changing Theories!

You’ve got to love Kaley Cuoco!

The “Big Bang Theory” actress reveals to SELF magazine that she can eat a whole pizza and a few beers on the side and that’s why she needs to exercise so hard. It is refreshing to hear a celebrity admit to a love of pigging out and that their knockout body is a result of hard work not genes!

“I judge myself all the time. It takes a huge effort to look this way, and I still think I could lose five pounds! Unless you’re Gisele, you wake up some days and feel ugly. When that happens, I accept that I’m not perfect and It’s OK; I can start over again tomorrow,” she reveals to SELF.

The actress, who is SELF’s January cover girl, shares with the magazine her theories on life. For instance, she shares her thoughts on undies & fame, adding, “I look at Lindsay and Britney and think, ‘Where are their normal friends and family? Why doesn’t someone say to them, ‘If we go out, wear underwear’?”

Plus, she’s got a theory on “getting real.” “I cry all the time. I love to laugh, too. It’s important to create an environment for yourself where you feel what you need to and don’t hold it in.”

And, if you’ve wondered how she gets in shape, well Kaley has a theory on exercise. She calls it her “spin theory.” “Spinning changed my body. My legs are severely toned, and you get an ab workout.”

“Sit in the front row in front of the mirror so you can stare at your fine-ass self as you sweat, it forces you to be accountable and not slack,” reveals Kaley to SELF.
