Rule #3: Take care of your pucker! “Lips do not produce natural oils to protect them against Winter’s low humidity and chilling winds,” states Dr. Sobel. He adds, “chapped lips can become so severe that they begin to interfere with dental hygiene, talking, even kissing.” The best remedy is exfoliation. Try rubbing lips with either a soft toothbrush or lip product with gentle exfoliators.
