Heather Locklear has been hospitalized in California due to a bacterial infection, Access Hollywood has confirmed.
A rep for the 49-year-old actress confirmed the news, adding that Heather is being given antibiotics to treat the infection.
She is expected to be released from the hospital later today.
The former “Melrose Place” beauty recently wrapped production on the film “He Loves Me,” a thriller about a Seattle real estate agent who becomes increasingly unhinged and violent as her marriage falls apart and secrets from her past start to surface.
