Heather Locklear Not Returning To ‘Melrose Place’

Heather Locklear will not return to “Melrose Place,” Access Hollywood has confirmed.

The actress, who played advertising power-executive Amanda Woodward, won’t be joining the cast of the revived drama heading to The CW, her rep said. Heather was offered a returning role but the actress turned it down, the rep confirmed.

Reps for The CW and parent company CBS/Paramount had no comment on the report.

While Heather won’t be heading to the drama, which is already set to star Ashlee Simpson-Wentz and David Cassidy’s daughter, Katie Cassidy, “Melrose” veteran Lisa Rinna hit the streets last month asking to return to the show.

“Honk 4 Lisa Rinna On The New Melrose Place,” read a sign Lisa sported as she hit the streets of Hollywood in March.
