Heidi Montag ‘Obsessed’ With Plastic Surgery; Undergoes 10 Procedures

Heidi Montag has undergone a dramatic transformation – going under the knife for 10 plastic surgeries in one day – and “The Hills” star says she’s just getting started.

“For the past three years, I’ve thought about what to have done,” the reality star told People. “I’m beyond obsessed.”

On November 20, Heidi went under the knife for 10 procedures in one day, which included a mini brow lift, Botox in the forehead, nose job revision, fat injections in cheeks and lips, chin reduction, neck liposuction, ears pinned back, breast augmentation revision, liposuction on her waist and thighs and a buttocks augmentation.

Heidi told the mag that she was teased as a child and even when she moved to LA and began filming her MTV series.

”[People said I had a] Jay Leno chin,” she told the mag. “And when I watched myself on ‘The Hills,’ my ears would be sticking out like Dumbo! I just wanted to feel confident and look in the mirror and be like, ‘Whoa! That’s me!’ I was an ugly duckling before.”

The reality starlet said her surgeries were also needed for her career as a pop star – Heidi released her debut album, “Superficial,” this week.

“I’m competing against the Britney Spearses of the world – and when she was in her prime, it was her sex appeal that sold. Obviously, looks matter, it’s a superficial industry,” she said.

People estimated that Heidi spent upwards of $30,000 on her new look that took five days to recover from. Heidi told the mag that she didn’t tell her family she was going under the knife.

“I look way better and I’m way happier…my eyebrow lift just took my face to another level, made it a little bit more European-exotic,” Heidi said. “And for the first time, I have sexy ears!”

And is Heidi done having plastic surgery?

“I’m just starting,” she said. ” Let’s just say there’s a lot of maintenance. Nobody ages perfectly, so I plan to keep using surgery to make me as perfect as I can be. Because, for me, the surgery is always so rewarding.”

Some of Heidi’s fellow celebrities sounded off on her dramatic transformation.

“God bless that girl. At 23, she should have done 110 more things,” Joan Rivers, who has had her fair share of work done over the years, said during an appearance on “The View” on Wednesday. “I should have laid down next to her.”

“View” co-host Sherri Shepherd took a jab at Heidi (and perhaps inadvertently at co-host Elisabeth Hasselbeck too, who began on “Survivor”?) on Wednesday’s show, saying, “These reality stars will do whatever it takes to stay relevant. They have no base or real talent, so they will do things to keep them going.”

When contacted by Access Hollywood, Heidi’s former “Hills” co-star Lauren Conrad would not comment on the reality star’s latest surgery.
