After a 13-month separation, Hilary Duff has reportedly filed for divorce from Mike Comrie.
According to TMZ, the actress/singer filed the split papers after rumors of Mike having a wild night out in Beverly Hills surfaced this week.
Hilary, 27, and the 34-year-old former NHL player announced their separation in January 2014, but according to the website, January 2013 is listed as the separation date on the court papers.
Hilary is reportedly seeking primary physical custody of their nearly 3-year-old son, Luca.
The split news comes after the former couple was photographed holding hands on Halloween just four months ago.
Hilary and Mike also raised eyebrows when they were seen together at the Coachella Music Festival in April 2014.
The soon-to-be exes tied the knot in Santa Barbara, Calif., in 2010, and welcomed son Luca Cruz in March 2012.
Hilary’s divorce attorney, Laura Wasser, was not immediately available for comment on the reported divorce filing when contacted by Access Hollywood.
