Hilary Duff To Make Appearance On ‘Community,’ Summer Glau Heading To ‘Chuck’

Hilary Duff is heading to community college — on the small screen.

The 22-year-old newlywed is reportedly set to make a guest appearance on NBC’s hit comedy “Community,” according to Entertainment Weekly’s Michael Ausiello.

Hilary will play part of a “mean girl clique” that clashes with the show’s resident Greendale gals, Ausiello reported. The episode featuring the former Disney star is reportedly slated to air during the November sweeps period.

In related news, Ausiello also reported that Summer Glau has been tapped to guest star on NBC’s spy action series, “Chuck.”

The sexy former star of “Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles” will appear in the eighth episode of this season, playing one of Buy More’s Gretas (a rotating undercover agent).

Additional upcoming Gretas reportedly include former “Dancing with the Stars” contender Stacy Kiebler, and Isaiah Mustafa (of Old Spice commercial fame).

Hilary is currently shooting the upcoming film “The Story of Bonnie and Clyde,” while Summer will next appear opposite former “ER” star David Lyons in NBC’s midseason drama “The Cape.”
