Holly Madison got into a car accident on Wednesday and didn’t look her best afterwards – but it was simply a spilt smoothie on her head that looked so ghastly.
“My car got rear ended pretty hard,” the 34-year-old former “Girls Next Door” star wrote in a caption on a photo posted on Instagram.
“Luckily, this gruesome look is just the smoothie I had in my cup holder,” she said, describing the fruit mess smeared down her neck and on the back of her head.

And the beauty was planning on keeping the look for a little while.
“Wearing it around the rest of the day as zombie makeup,” she added.
