‘Housewife’ Danielle Staub Claims Purported Sex Tape ‘Was Stolen’

“Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Danielle Staub says her purported upcoming sex tape wasn’t something she ever planned on releasing.

“It was stolen,” she told TMZ on Wednesday.

Despite the tape’s alleged theft, she hopes it does better than Kendra Wilinson’s tape.

“I haven’t seen mine,” she explained. “[But,] I hope mine would be better [than Kendra’s].”

Danielle claims she attempted to stop the tape from ever seeing the light of day.

“I did try to in the beginning, but just decided… if you can’t beat them join them,” she explained. “It wasn’t something that I would have chose to release, it’s out there and there’s nothing I can do about it.”

She goes on to say the unidentified man on the tape with her is not linked to its release.

“To the best of my knowledge he had nothing to do with it,” she added.
