Iggy Azalea Falls Off Stage While Performing

Iggy Azalea has joined the ranks of stars who have taken a tumble on stage.

The Australian rapper was performing her hit “Fancy” with Charli XCX at an MTV VMA benefit concert at The Avalon in Los Angeles on Friday night when she fell off of the stage.

Her backup dancers continued to perform (looking worried), as security rushed to the aid of the rapper.

Iggy quickly returned to the stage and resumed performing, as the crowd cheered.

The “Black Widow” rapper kept her sense of humor about the incident (which inspired a “Poor Iggy” Twitter trend).

On late Friday night, she Instagrammed a clip of the tumble, with the caption, “Sorry but it would be a crime not to share this with you all, I know I laughed. #StillFinishedtheSongTho #KeptOnRapping #TheShowMustGoOn.”

Iggy is up for seven awards at the MTV VMAs, which will air Sunday at 9/8c on MTV.

She’s also performing her latest single, “Black Widow,” with Rita Ora.
