James Franco Gets Wiggy Wit It, Sundance Style!

James Franco wigged out this weekend, literally!

The 32-year-old actor was spotted rocking two different wigs at the after party for his new film, “Three’s Company: The Drama,” during the Sundance Film Festival on Friday night in Park City, Utah.

The “127 Hours” star took turns wearing a golden pageboy cut wig, then a long, blond banged wig (reminiscent of Suzanne Somers’ “Three’s Company” character, Chrissy), topping both hairy selections off with blue knit cap.

James stars as Jack in the Sundance film – the role originally made famous by the late John Ritter in the classic ‘70s sitcom – which remakes the first three episodes of the hit show.

According to Just Jared, James’ younger brother, Dave Franco, as well as his producing partner, Vince Joliette, came out to support James. After screening the film, James reportedly made his way to Tao at The Samsung Galaxy Tab Lift, arriving with a large entourage in tow.

As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, it’s been a busy year for James!

The former “Freaks and Geeks” star was nominated for a Golden Globe award and a Screen Actor’s Guild award for his performance in Danny Boyle’s “127 Hours.”

James is also set to co-host the 2011 Academy Awards (where he is expected to be up for Best Actor, when Oscar noms are announced on Tuesday) with “Love & Other Drugs” star Anne Hathway. Additionally, he’s debuting a solo exhibition of his short films, drawings, paintings and photographs, at Peres Projects gallery in Berlin, Germany, in February.
