Have no fear, Jamie Foxx is here!
Access Hollywood has learned that the Oscar winner was involved with the rescue of a man from a burning car on Monday night.
According to a CHP report, Brett Kyle was driving in Hidden Valley – just north of Los Angeles – on Monday night when his car went into a drainage ditch, hit a pipe and concrete casing and then rolled multiple times. The truck became engulfed in flames and two witnesses to the accident – one of which was the actor – ran to help.
According to the report, one witness broke the truck's window with a tool allowing them to free Kyle from car.
Kyle was then transported to a local area hospital for his injuries and was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol.
