Jennifer Aniston Reveals Her Idea Of A Great Date

Jennifer Aniston stars in the upcoming romantic comedy, “He’s Just Not That Into You,” and the actress revealed what keeps her into a guy while on a date – along with the reason why some of her dates might not have been that into her.

“Well-thought out, simple,” Jen said of her idea of a great date during an appearance on CBS’s “The Early Show” on Wednesday. “Just being able to go to a great restaurant, great conversation and a walk on a beach if there is one to be walked on!”

But has Jen ever had to tell one of her dates that dreaded catchphrase that the movie is based on?

“No, I don’t think I have, honestly,” she said. “It’s been pretty clear. You can feel if somebody is or isn’t.”

Jen joked with host Julie Chen that her friends might have figured out why some of her dates could not have been too into her.

“I’ve had people say, ‘Honey, I think he’s gay.’ [My reaction is], ‘What! But we get along so well,’” she said with a laugh.

Besides working in front of the camera, Jen revealed some of her other creative aspirations.

“I am interested in directing. I directed a short feature a couple of years ago with Glamour. I just really enjoyed the process,” the actress said. “The editing was one of my favorite parts of it.”

As for her idea of what makes a good director?

“I’m always a little bossy,” she added.
