‘Jersey Shore’s’ Angelina Pivarnick Discusses Her Exit From the Show, Pauly D & ‘Juicebags’

Former “Jersey Shore” star Angelina Pivarnick is setting the record straight about her dramatic exit from the hit MTV reality show.

“I didn’t get fired,” Angelina told Rob Shuter, in an interview for his new HDNet show, “Naughty But Nice With Rob.” “It was just basically like, I didn’t want to deal with the drama anymore, because there’s just so much drama. And I just felt like, ‘I’m better than this.’

“If I was really doing the show with my real friends, would I actually deal with all of the stuff they were putting me through? No,” she added. “I would’ve never like, in a million years [have] stayed and dealt with that. Ever.”

The 22-year-old brunette said that while she may have been surrounded by muscle-bound “juicebag” men on the show, she prefers men who are “really tall, really good looking” and “intellectual.”

“Honestly, it’s so weird because [with] me being on the [”Jersey Shore”], you would think that I would like the juicebag type of guy, but I don’t,” Angelina told Rob. “I really don’t. I like the nice, like, you know, good job, good head on his shoulders, good looking type guy.”

While she may not be interested in “The Situation’s” chiseled abs, or Ronnie’s bulked-up biceps, she does have a soft spot for one “guido” – Paul “DJ Pauly D” Delvecchio (who is currently in the running in an online-only poll for People’s coveted “Sexiest Man Alive” title).

“I would just rescue Pauly D,” Angelina said, when asked which cast member she would save if the “Jersey Shore” house was burning down. “Probably just ‘cause he’s hot.

“I would just rescue him,” she laughed.
