Jessica Simpson and Eric Johnson spent their Halloween weekend on a little “Vacation”!
The fashion mogul and her former NFL player husband channeled Christie Brinkley and Chevy Chase, respectively, in their joint costumes, paying tribute to the comedy classic “National Lampoon’s Vacation.”
On Sunday, Jess shared an Instagram snap of the pair decked out in their ’80s gear.

“Griswold and Brinkley,” she captioned her photo, showing off an era-appropriate white, belted shirtdress, feathered locks and toned, tanned legs to embody the supermodel’s iconic look.
Eric, meanwhile, was virtually unrecognizable in his spot-on attire.

Sporting thick, red-framed glasses, a khaki Members Only jacket and combover ‘do, the 36-year-old was a dead ringer for Clark Griswold, Chevy’s hapless dad character from the hit franchise.
Jessica may not have minded the new look.
As reported on AccessHollywood.com, the 35-year-old still feels that spark for her longtime love, as evident in an Instagram post she shared on his birthday in September.
“My husband is hotter than yours! Happy Birthday Eric Maxwell Johnson! You forever make me lust,” she wrote, captioning a black-and-white candid of Eric lounging poolside.

Jessica and Eric wed in July 2014 and have two children together – daughter Maxwell, 3, and son, Ace, 2.
