Jimmy Fallon Reveals Newborn Daughter’s Name

Jimmy Fallon wasn’t going to let William and Kate get all new baby news! Just hours after announcing that he and wife Nancy welcomed their first child, the new dad revealed his daughter’s name on “Late Night.”

“Welcome, everybody, to ‘Late Night With Jimmy Fallon.’ I’m your host, Dada,” he joked on Wednesday’s show.

He then told the crowd details about his newborn, including her adorable name.

“I’m emotionally drained. I’m a father of a beautiful baby girl, she’s so cute. Her name is Winnie Rose Fallon, and she’s so cute,” he continued.

And the new dad might be missing out on some of his sleep, but he is keeping his sense of humor.

“She’s 5 lbs., 9 oz., I got down to the ounce – that’s how I weigh myself as well. I’ve gotta lose a couple of ounces,” he joked.

As previously reported onAccessHollywood.com, the couple’s daughter, who arrived on Tuesday morning, is the first for the host and Nancy, 46, who heads up Flower Films with Drew Barrymore.

The “Saturday Night Live” alum, 38, will take over the “The Tonight Show” from Jay Leno in 2014.

Jimmy and Nancy were married in December 2007.
