Jon Gosselin’s new girlfriend has at least one thing his ex-wife Kate doesn’t have – an arrest record.
Hailey Glassman, 22, was arrested while she was a student at Indiana University in 2005, Access Hollywood has learned.
Glassman and five others were spotted by campus police on October 2, 2005 at 3:18 AM, hanging out in a parking lot “passing a pipe back and forth, which is consistent with marijuana,” IU police spokesperson Jerry Minger told Access.
Glassman was arrested for possession of marijuana after police said they found two plastic baggies in her handbag containing a substance which later tested positive as marijuana, Minger explained. One bag contained one gram and the other contained two grams of the drug.
However, the charges were eventually dismissed against Glassman, after she attended a pre-trial diversion program and pay a fine.

Gosselin was in France to meet with Ed Hardy designer Christian Audiger. The designer is reportedly interested in Gosselin designing a Bluetooth cell phone headset, a source previously told Access.
Glassman is the daughter of the plastic surgeon who previously performed a tummy tuck on Kate Gosselin.
